OK i will be getting a FX8320 and along with it i need a new mbo, here are my options(ordered from the cheapest to the more expensive one):

MSI 970A-G43
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
ASrock 970 Extreme3
Asus M5A97

I won't do any CrossFire or SLI so basically i need only one PCI-E port so that is not so important.
I might overclock the processor a bit though.

Go with either the Asrock or Asus boards as they both have a heatsink on the vrm's to aid with cooling when you want to overclock.
I would go with the Asrock board.

The Asus M5A97 is 20 USD more than the Gigabyte board and i don't see much things that are not so good(correct if wrong) that would make it worse than the Asus one (please say why ASUS would be better)
What is the difference between the LE and non-LE board?

Also,Extreme 3 is about in the middle between Gigabyte and ASUS and seems like a good option..

Good build quality, better power phase 4+2 design for OC. Not the most feature-packed boards to compare.

LE doesn't have USB 3.0.

Build quality is not as great as Gigabyte or Asus. ASRock has a knack for creating board thinner than standard. It won't break though. It carries a 4+1 power phase. Almost everything else is the same across the boards. Really depends what you need/want. Then find the board that has those, or the closest matching one.

From everything mentioned i can say the Asus should be the best..
But i don't know if it is worth the extra money over the Extreme3 just for the 4+2 power phase design and that slightly lower build quality. I'll see how much money i will have after buying all the other components and than decide. Anyways, thanks for help :)
