Okay so i have purchase most of the parts. But if there is room for improvement i'm okay with considering it. I want a gaming PC but i'm on a budget. Not a specific either.

AMD Fx-6300 - 3.5 Ghz( possibly OC)
Cooler MAster Hyper Evo 212 - 27$ (Purchased)
Gigibyte GA 990FXA UD3 - 137$ ( Purchased for 129$
G. Skill 1866 Sniperseries 1866 mhz ram (4x2) (Purchase for 55$)
Western Digital 1tb 7200RPM 64mb cache OEM 64.00 (Purchased)
Cooler Master 700w eXtreme psu (Purchased on sale for 49.99 after rebate)
Amd Radeon 7870 XT 260$
POSSIBLY a Crucial m4 - 69.99$

I haven't purchased my cpu, my gpu, and i'm considering getting the ssd. What would you guys suggest i change or get and also is this a good build for 1080p gaming?

If you are going to get a SSD, you really should get a 128GB one. There is less value in the smaller sizes, and the extra space lets you put some apps and games on there. CPU and GPU look good, that PSU isn't the best but it should be alright.

Alright thanks again guys, my curiosity between the fx 6300 and the fx 6350 is that the 6350 is hotter and takes more wattage just for 100mhz? is that true? I want my build to be relatively quiet and cool

With the Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler you should be OK even with the FX-6350 it will keep it nice and cool even overclocked. Everything else looks good but I would not use Cooler Master PSU but that may be just me I just do no trust there PSU's.
