trying to delete duplicates needs administer permission

i have thousands of duplicate files and photos how the hell fo i erase all of them? i keep looking for programs that do it and i get a message for each file that i dont have access and i need administater permission! i am the only owner this machine ever had how fo i tell it that I AM the administrater? so dumb i cant do things with my own machine, im about to factory reset the thing!

This is a quick fix go to DuplicateFilesDeleter . com it Its great for duplicate files removal.

You can hold CTRL and press on files, I don't know if you know this, (no offense), this is the last thing you can do if you can't find anything.
