Well, I think they both are great I'd take Aerocool Strike-X One or xPredator X1 but the Strike-X advance is good too they are all great, cool and they all have really good airflow so make your choice
If the form factor of your motherboard is ATX or Micro-ATX then you're fine.. it's really good case you should also get some additional case fans for better airflow

thanks... how about the strike x one? is there a big difference or is it a good choice?

will noctua nh-d14 fit on aerocool strike x advance with these specs:
ASRock H87 Fatal1ty performance
i7-4770k
MSI twin frozr gtx 760 2gb
kingston Hyper x Genesis 4x2 CL9
Really late but I suppose this is worth commenting on. The Strike X Advance has excellent airflow, but be mindful when it comes to aftermarket coolers as a 212 EVO will come very close to the edge and will make a case fan on the side impossible. On the side note I found that my cooler backplate actually didn't line up correctly with the cutout on the back, something to consider. Cable management is sketchy as there isn't much room behind the motherboard tray.
