Fan dying on my HD 6850; need a replacement.

I own a XFX Raedon HD 6850, specifically the HD-685X-ZDFC (two fans).

Last week, one of the fans started having trouble keeping its RPM up, resulting in it speeding up rapidly, then slowing down, speeding up rapidly, then slowing down, so on and so forth.

Cleaning the card didn't help, so I assume the fan is on its way out. Temps for the card are holding around 37C at idle, but I'd like to be on the safe side and get a replacement fan.

I tried contacting XFX support, but they haven't responded to my ticket from May 6th (awesome support, right?).

I don't mind opening the card up to replace the fan.

What's a good replacement fan I can buy?

EDIT (5/25/13):
XFX finally answered my ticket. Unfortunately, they have no replacement fans for my old card, and need to RMA it.

Fingers crossed I get an upgraded card.

Solution
Patience, Padawan.

XFX will probably replace that card with an HD 7790 or maybe even an HD 7850, since they don't make 6850s anymore. Just wait on the ticket or create a new one, send your card in, and get a better card for free!
