Every thing looks great! Now I know that you only asked for compatabilty but Im gonna give some advice. If your gonna do quad sli you only need 2 gpus not three esspecialy with the gpus your getting. Also hdd coolers are a waste aslong as you have good air flow dont get the hdd cooler. Are you getting 3 monitors if not just get one 680 and if your going to go sli later buy the cards later .Next, do want to oc (overclock)? Hope this helped!

Thanks for your feedback, I'm not going to do surround.. I am playing with single monitor and in the future I am planning on upgrade.. I'm not sure but maybe I will add another 680 or sell this one and get gtx 690 or titan or whatever will be the top then.. this gtx 680 from GIGABYTE is OC version also I want to overclock my CPU it comes with stock clock at 3.6ghz I want to go with 4.2-4.7GHZ. I think 700w will be enough for everything :)

You won't be able to hit 4.2, nor get solid consistent overclocked performance, on a non-K chip or on a stock cooler. If you do want to overclock I would say get the K version, you will probably have this chip for a few years and it would give you extra flexibility. But you will need to purchase a better cooler if you want to overclock it. If overclocking is that important to you sacrifice your gpu for a 660ti and get the 3930k sorry dont meant to be the grim reaper just trying to be honest.

I think 3.6GHZ is normal anyway without overclocking :)
