I'm doing a new build for gaming and video editing, trying to keep my budget of $700 without losing too much specs. Please advice on what to reduce, thanks guys!

Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor

Asus P8Z77-V LK Intel Z77 DDR3 Motherboard

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600

ASUS GTX 660 Ti Series Graphics Card Overclocked Edition Graphics Cards GTX660 TI-DC2O-2GD5

Samsung Electronics 840 Pro Series 2.5-Inch 128 GB

Corsair CX Series 600 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze

Corsair Hydro Series H55 Quiet Edition Liquid CPU Cooler

Using old storage and grabbing the cheapest case that comes my way...

You could get 8gb of RAM, however that would sacrifice being able to compress videos as quick as it could be.
You don't need a liquid CPU cooler either, you could just get a hyper 212 EVO for a lot cheaper and be able to overclock the CPU pretty well still.

nice build!however you should pick 4x4 ram as the less the sticks the less the data transferring time would be!
also the 7950 is a way better card but for rendering your only choice is nvindia!
