Which mini itx mobo to get? bitfenix prodigy build

Hi need to buy a mini itx mobo for my build my option is:

ASUS P8Z77-I DELUXE or the Asrock Z77E price difference is only £20+ or something which one would be best for my setup?

I have an:
intel i5 2500k(looking to oc)
corsair vengeance 2x4gb ram
60gbss + 1tb
gtx 660 2gb oc edition
corsair 750w
corsair h60 water cooling
dvd drive

If the price is not a factor I would pick the asus board.
Do you already have all the other parts?
If not, I might have some different suggestions.

Already have the rest except the motherboard

just need something that I can use to over clock

I know the psu is a bit much but I've already bought it lol

I would also vote for the Asus due to its features and slightly better cpu socket placement.
