IMO not worth it. Better spend the cash on a GTX 670 if you want a better card but the 700 series are coming out soon.

The 700 series looks crazy awesome, but I'm guessing OP doesn't want to fork over $450+ for one of those bad boys if he isn't intending on purchasing a 670 haha.
Get a 7950 boost!!!
It is about 2% slower than a gtx 670 in benchmarks, and by far faster than the 660ti at only $275-$330 depending on the model you pick
My friend George and I have benchmarked his 660ti against my 7950 and mine destroys his anyday. And by destroys, I mean like 20% better and mine only costs $280. When he bought his, his costs $360
EDIT: Our benchmarking was 3770k and a 660ti VS. FX-6300 and HD 7950 boost
And I still got 20% better results.
