Overclocking dell studio 7100

I have a x4 975 black edition and was wondering if i could overclock it with a program due to the bios not letting me because it is a dell.

I also have a ati radeon 7850 2gb gpu all on a 500 watt power supply.

So would it be safe to even overclock anything even if i could.

I could overclock more inferior Inspiron 570, so you can with XPS 7100, as long as you sure that you have Black Edition!

Real cool ass guide man, ty for showing me that. I am unable to be at my computer for a few days so imma just follow your guide when i get back and take it nice and slow.
