The videocard is in the pciex16 slot. The auxiliary power conection between the card and the motherboard is my silentstorm 660W atx power supplys PCI-E2 8/6+2 cable. Im not using SLI technologys the nvidia is the only one card in my computer. The dirver is with the card the WHQL320. I conecting to the card 2 monitors an EIZO and a DELL. What do you think what is the problem, and how can i work it?

My PC parts:

CPU: Intel i7 K2600 / MotherB: Gigabyte P67X-UD3-B3 ver 1.0 (Bios F2)/ Card: PNY VCQK4000T / Power Supply: Silent Storm 660W / Using Auxiliary power cabel between the MotherBoard and the Videocard is the SS 660W PCI-E2 videocard cable (8pin/6+2pin) / Driver serial WHQL320 / OS: Win 7 SP1.

Which slot do you have the card installed in? From Gigabyte's website, regarding your motherboard:

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
* For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x8 (PCIEX8)
* The PCIEX8 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX16 slot. When the PCIEX8 slot is populated, the PCIEX16 slot will operate at up to x8 mode.

So, it is possible you are running it in the PCIe X8 slot, which is x16 physically, x8 electrically. Check for labeling on the board to ensure you're in the x16 slot. Also, you stated it's the only video card, are you running anything else (RAID controller, sound card, etc) in the other slot? If so, could be knocking it down to x8.
