Need a pc build to run black ops 2 and WoW

hey i was wondering if the community could help me out with a pc build that would allow me to record black ops 2 on good settings and run/record world of warcraft on maximum settings when im playing.

my budget is between 650-800$ is it do able ? and as cheap as possible please !

Toms hardware has suggested builds at different prices check them out. There is a 500 and i think a 800 in addition to the one i linked. No offence but dont go for the build the first guy suggested its horrible mostly because of the gpu choice
Edit: cant link right for some reason but google "toms gaming pc build marathon" i cant even click them but i believe the 600 build has a 7870 le which will be great if not a little overkill. If you want a cheaper gpu get a regular 7870 or 660
