I recently used Driver Sweeper and another one to remove old drivers from my PC in hope to fix some problems with it. Now my display is basically within a black border, when I printscreen it pastes down normally so I had to re-make the image myself, that's why the black border isn't even. Ignore the red, I just censored some stuff is all.
I had this problem before when I switched over from VGA on integrated to HDMI on my GTX 670, but I forgot how to fix it.
