Need help with deciding to buy or not.

Hey guys, my friend is selling his computer for $280 and i was wondering what games/quality (settings) it could be played on.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core2Duo E7400 2.8 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS P5Q SE2 - Intel P45 Chipset
RAM: 4 GB Kingston DDR3-1066 MHz
Graphics: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce 9800GT DDR3 512MB
Case: Coolermaster Centurion 5
Monitor: Samsung 22" T220 2ms LCD Monitor

Would also help if you guys could tell me what i could upgrade, like whats the best graphics card i could get for this motherboard.

And also, could i overclock this?

It doesnt include HDD so i would probably need to buy one

dont get it man, its wayy outdated, C2D series was released at 2006-7 so you wont be able to run modern games on atleast medium settings. Gfx card is also old and outdated,the max Gfx card you can get for this is maybe radeon HD 7750, then you might be able to play games at medium, but still the CPU will hold you back. the plus point is you can OC fairly well by changing the FSB with a proper cooler.
