I'm looking for some cheap yet (sort-of) effective case fans that don't exceed around 30dba in terms of noise.

I need six fans and as a result - I'm not going to be able to use PWM to control the rotation speed as my motherboard only has four fan ports (I don't intend to buy a fan controller either) and I'd prefer to have the fans rotating slower when the machine is idle to reduce noise hence my idea to get 3 pin automatic speed fans and a 1 to 3 fan power split cable.

At the moment - I'm looking at the Arctic F12 TC which seems to be a bargain at $8 AUD each. Any other suggestions?

I currently am running 3 120mm cool blue coolmax led fans that were $6 each, they dont have their own controllers and run directly off of the psu but they are extremely quiet and do a great job cooling. They are also very appealing to the eye if any of them are going to be visible.
