overclock : Motherboard doesn't allow no software works

please help me
i am buying a HD 7750 and i thing my E2180 2Ghz is going to bottleneck it and i have a great stock cooler and i have also heard E2180 overclocks good.
I have lenovo ideacentre k200
sis 672G mobo
American megatrends bios
E2180 cpu which i want to overclock
i have my bios sceen from POST

which tells me that i have some 5S672011 bios or on the the mobo it is written 55KT11AUS which is only available in chinese forums.i have also provided some screen from my bios to give you idea of settings available

i had changed the ffsb : ram ration to check if it saves so neglect that the default ratio is 800:667
now i have tried almost all the fsb changing software my pll is ICS9LPR600CGLF
which is also not available anywhere

now that i gave youall the idea i want to overclock CPU my motherboard doesnt allow it i am ready to flash bios which will aid me in changing fsb or some software which can change my fsb or if any bsel mod which is confirmed for E2180 i can opt if any way i can juice up my cpu it will be the best day of my life kindly help me

Lenovo = No overclocking. The BIOS are locked. Also overclocking with stock cooling is a no no. Stock coolers are designed for stock speeds and voltages.
