Well, my friend wants to get a new pc(well only cpu). His budget is Rs 20000) 360$. He plays at 1280 x 1024 resolution. His father lives abroad and had come home last week and my friend managed to convince him that he needs a new computer as his current 1 is pretty old( Pentium D 820) His father is leaving tomorrow so he needs to buy the parts today. Really urgent. I am gonna build it for him. Any answers accepted. Preferred websites are flipkart and infibeam. Links to websites are accepted but will buy locally. The prices are about the same locally and online. Please recommend a build. Am thinking of 6670 GDDR5 for gpu. Any replies accepted. Use- gaming, movies
Sorry if double post, having problem with internet.

Did you just pick every tag you could find or what? $360 US for a gaming build? Better off buying a console.

it is a good deal if u can afford it
the thing is that u will need a psu for running any graphic card over a hd 7750 and i suppose that will not be in his budget
right now as u r very short on money what i would recommend
cpu :- i3-3220(or fx 4300)
motherboard :- cheapest b75 chipset u can get
ram :- right now 8gb is the sweet spot but 4 gb will be okay
gpu :- hd 7750
hdd :- 500gb should be enough
this build would land u around 21,000 rs
this is the best u can get with ur budget and without a decent psu
but hd 7750 peak consumption would only be 50 watts

well now u will need a decent psu
cpu :- i5-3330 :- a quad core will give u some future proofing
gpu :- hd 7770
motherboard :- cheapest b75 socket
ram :- 8gb(2x4gb)
psu :-corsair vs 550 :- there is also corsair cx 430,antec vp 450
hdd :- 500gb
u will be fine at that resolution with a hd 7770
if u want a better gpu u can get
cpu :- i3-3220
gpu :- gtx 650 ti boost

Asus P8H61- Rs 4500(What!?) Available at other stores for Rs 2500
Cabinet + Psu combo- Rs 750(What!?) Does he want an oven containing an i5
160gb 5400 rpm-Rs 5000(What!?) No way
2 Gb DDR3 @1066 Mhz- Rs 2000(What!) Even after ram prices have increased ram is available for Rs 400 for 2 gb at that speed and Rs 1750 for 4 gb @ 1333 Mhz
And the biggest shock, well 2nd biggest after seeing the psu. Well the gpu was-
