upgrade from 3570k to 3930k worth it?

i have an opportunity to get an 3930k for $180 but i would have to get a new mobo

probably this guy

more than likely i would just sell my 3570k and sabertooth z77 if i decide to get it

full build is

3570k
asus sabertooth z77
gigabyte 7970Ghz
and so on

too true, and i will probably atleast try to sell it strait off but more than likely i wont be able to sell it in my area

its cheap cuz im getting a good deal, and there is a warranty, think if it as me buying it with a hardcore discount

and thats exactly what i was thinking

Buy it then sell the old or even the new one. Either way don't pass on it.
