Those parts should all be compatible, by the looks. The prices seem a bit high though. Are you buying in Canada?

Edit: In your shoes, I would knock that motherboard down to an ASRock Extreme6. Excellent motherboard, much cheaper.

Looks good to me, maybe a better / bigger cpu cooler (like a thermaltake silver arrow / Scythe Mugen / noctua NH-D14) [strike]but then you also need low profile ram[/strike]. if you're planning on overclocking (wich it looks like it).

edit: you already have low profile ram as someone somewhere pointed out.

I live in Australia the prices are higher with everything here. so i should be right with this and not have to change anything?
 


We seem to be in agreement that you should knock the motherboard down to a cheaper model, then use that money to boost your CPU cooler a bit. Thoughts?
