this power supply is good enough for my gaming pc?

my computer : i7 3770k , z77-ud3h motherboard , 8gb ram, and i am planning to get 7850 2gb oc for my computer, so i need a cheap power supply since i dont have any money left!
2 options. (Gigabyte PoweRock 500W PSU) or (Cooler Master Extreme 2 525W PSU)

The cooler master Xtreme PSUs are crap. Will look up the Gigabyte one, but in general Antec, be-quiet, Corsair, PCP&C, Seasonic, and XFX are the best brands.

You would have been better off going with a 3570K and 7870XT...

OK, apparently it's quite OK. Go for it, though one of those others would be preferred. Also, 450W+ is fine for that build.

If you can get either the Antec or Seasonic they are a better choice, but I doubt you'll find one within budget.
If the Gigabyte is within budget it is the more sensible choice-decent quality and with plenty of power for your system.
