Needs help with budget graphics cards.

I am new to the whole computer gaming thing. I normally play on consoles so 720p is good for me. My tv cant even go to 1080p so i can only imagine a pc screen with high resolution. Im not asking for all of those $200-$400 cards i just want help with finding a good buget card around $80-$120 that can go with my HP Pavilion desktop its a 2009 model i think it can handle cards that arent over the top and i hope theres a card that can atleast 1080p thats all thanks

for 120$ you could get radeon HD 7750 or 7770 both are well performing cards. but what is your PSU?

If you can stretch your budget by $10, I'd suggest picking up a Radeon 6850 - it's a very nice card and much more powerful than anything you're gonna find in the $100-120 range.

With the current power supply you have I would suggest getting AMD Radeon HD 7750 which does not require any power connector to run except from your PCI-Express bus.

yep atleast 400 watts. if possible try to stretch to 450 watts and make sure you use well branded PSu's.

you have a 250watt power supply. get the 6770 or the 5750.

or plan on investing 200 dollars or more.

7750 should work just fine on a 250 Watt psu butdon't take my word for it. Get a Corsair CX 430 and a 7770 combo.
