Can't connect to PC game servers

As of yesterday everything was working fine. When I got onto my computer this morning all of my games gave me a similar error in various forms. Some of these games are League of Legends, Stacraft 2, and SimCity. I am still able to surf the internet as well as access applications such as Skype and RaidCall. I was wondering if there is something that may have gotten reset that I need to fix.

I have tried disabling windows firewall as well as my antivirus software. I believe the problem is my computer because others on my network are able to access these game servers.

I have the same problem. A week or so ago League of Legends just stopped connecting me to the server. Ive already logged in with my account on another laptop on the same wireless network. The issue is definitely not related to the router firewall and I strongly believe it has something to do with the laptop itself. Particularly the fact that I'm with Windows 8.
