I am planning to buy a new pc with amd a10 5800k. Can i use nvidia gtx 650 graphics card with it? Or shall i go for fx 6300. My main question is whether I can use nvidia graphics card with amd processor (i will not go for amd graphics card cause it has some compatibility issues). Pls help....

Yeah of course AMD processors work with Nvidia GPU's. If your goal is gaming i would suggest going intel for your cpu. I would suggest a 3550p if you have no overclocking plans, or a 3570k if you do wish to overclock. Intell will give you higher frame rates across the board in games when it comes to processing power. The new I3 3220 out preforms phenom 2 x4's in most games even, even if they suppourt 4 cores lol.

You can use any graphics card you want with it. If you plan on buying a discreet GPU you are better off buying a traditional CPU though. The main reason to buy an APU is to use the integrated graphics.

No. Go 6300. It is superior in processing power to the A10.

It is not a true 6 core. It is not shown as 3 cores in task manager, it is shown as 6. It has 6 integer units and 3 floating point units. Most traditional "cores" in most processors have atleast one of each per core.

Is there a way to combine the integrated card's power with a dedicated card? I mean, if I'm going to get integrated graphics along with the APU, I would like to actually get an use on them.
