I use Sony Vegas once in a while, Photoshop or GIMP to make something creative and such. Like mentioned, already have a XFX Radeon HD 7770 and a Windows 7 Professional
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: (e.g. I'm having trouble running game X or my PSU broke) My old PC had a bad PSU...And that messed up some of the parts and now I am basically left to buy a new one.
