H80i small water cooling and it can be fit at any case, I'm use it and it's keep core i7 960 under full load 35 C :)

Do you use an exhaust fan in your case near your GPU/CPU? I always try to put atleast one exhaust fan on my cpu and gpu. Your mobo shouldnt reach these temperatures under normal conditions. If you know you did everything correctly it might be a faulty temperature sensor...

Mate, Make sure your air flow going in correct direction and you can know that in case manual in order to keep all cold air going in from 1 or 2 sides and out from the opposite direction.
And try to use water cooling on AMD CPU coz AMD processors become hotter than Intel processors in normal conditions.

You are welcome, and the only way cooling mobo, RAM and GPU by air flow of the case
