I bought a video card xfx radeon HD 5870 (1 gb) like 10 months ago. I had not used it until a week ago, because my computer was not build at that time.
I also have an Asus sabertooth 990fx, 8 gb Gskills ram, 750W cooler master power supply and AMD FX 8350 (4.0 Ghz)
Here´s my question: I tried to play some games such as ''Need for speed 2012'', ''Skyrim'', ''Farcry 2'', ''Assassin's Creed'' and "Battlefield 3". In all the games the video card had problems, like loss of image, freezing, and error messages.
I tested the video card in my friend's Motherboard, no problems. Then I put his video card into my Motherboard, again no problems, but when I try my video card and my motherboard both together, the issues come. We have the same operating system and the same drivers.
I don't really know what's going on with my video card or the other components. I was thinking that it can be a problem between my Video Card and my Mother board such as incompatibility.
