I purchased an upgrade for my AMD ATX 58xx card. The upgrade was to a EVGA GEFORCE GTX 660 SC PCI-E.

There are certain graphics issues that are not compatible with my Sony KDSR70XBR2 TV/Monitor.

I was told by Sony that my TV/Monitor does not have a DPI scan feature that would match my Graphic card.

EVGA told me that for some reason, AMD Radeon ATX cards work better with Sony.

Issues are:

1. Display is slighly larger than screen ( can bearly see Min; Max. and Exit tabs at top of screen).
Tried TV display settings (from Sony)and got the above results.

2. Display flickers at times.

3. Some sub menus are hard to read ( bad contrast).

Question, Is there a card with the same features as the GEFORCE GTX 660 SC that will work with my TV/Monitor and cost under $250.00?

There is no need for a new card. Just fix the over-/underscan problem in the Nvidia driver settings: http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_13964.html
The resolution should be set to 1920*1080p.

Thanks for your help. I was able to enter nvidia control panel and resize my desktop, although I had to reduce my resolution from 1920 x 1080 to 1804 x 1014. No big deal.

No big deal, but wrong. You are changing the wrong parameter. There is no resize needed, if you set the overscan to zero.
