Yes, but its crappy. The Asrock is the cheapest Z77 I would suggest if you plan to overclock.

I have this same mother board but a different CPU (i5 3330) its better to have a k processor like yours from what people told me. There are lots of things you could do like use OC Genie II (which didnt work for me) intel extreme tuning utility, And if your computer supports it then try intel desktop control center.
