DP55KG Problems Please HELP!!

I cant install Window 7 on my newly bought dp55kg I can only instal windows xp, can anyone help me with this problem?

I know how to install a OS but when I get to the "Windows is loading files..." it just restarts the computer all over again and it continues to do this. But when I install windows XP it installs just fine

your instalation corrupt or CD damage or DVD room damage , also after succesfull everything auto restart and if your Bios first boot setting HDD ( where you install it ) it should boot .. very strage if succesfull can go windows
- check HDD ( format will be good )
- check RAM use memtest 86
install OS need clear everything good luck
