What's wrong with my system?

Hello there!
I am having some annoying performance problems with my system. It seems that it's really underperforming. I've had this problem for quite some time, and reinstalling Windows doesn't work. Installing drivers, even using NVIDIAs "clean" mode does not work. Completely resetting the mobo doesn't work. Replugging everything doesn't work. Is this normal for my setup?

MakE sure your mb bios has the newest bios code. It fixes some bugs with the newer nvidia video cards. Your ram is running slow if it 1600 ram right now it running at 1333 speed. In the bios turn on xmp profile on.

Sorry, don't have any HDDs lying around, but I can assure you that I have no problems with this. Also, HDDs only affect loading times and not general 3D performance, right?

I did, my performance in games is not ideal for my system. Borderlands 2 has bad framerate, so does Warframe. Are there any other ways to sove this?

don't say PS shouldn't matter. just this week somebody said I have a 750 blah, blah, come to find out replacing it made all the difference.

you obviously have something wrong. when's the last time you upgraded the motherboard drivers?

and recheck fit of cpu heatsink.

also, those pov's are overclocked are they not? use nvidia utility to under clock the video cards processor and ram by 50mhz.

Yeah, I meant that my system should be able to run on a 750W bronze rated PSU. Also, I bought the system already assembled, so it really should not be a problem, and my temps are all right... The assembly guy did some tests when he did my system, so it should not be a problem.

some overclocked cards are at or near their limit. backing off may help. if things get a little better or clear up you can start focusing on the graphics card.

how am i supposed to know? the idea of this is to try and figure out what piece of hardware or software is causing the problem.

So the plan is to try and underclock it slightly to chech whether the GPU's faulty? Will my single stick of ram cause any problems? (I heard dual-channel is much, much faster)
