Windows XP to Windows 7 NO Sounds!

Hello Guys. I have a problem about my audio since i upgrade my PC to WinXP to Win7, When I look at the sound properties all I see is I have this kind of device "Digital Audio (S/PDIF) (3- High Definition Audio)" That does not working, even if i try to check the update it kept saying "This driver is up to date" pls help guys!. thanks.

Is it the drivers, download newest ones from manufacturer site, remove old drivers, reboot, let windows find new devices, when it goes to install, show it where you downloaded new ones and install them. Drivers for sound had to be rewritten for Windows 7 from type used in Windows XP.
