Newly Built computer keeps freezing

I recently built a new computer consisting of the following components and it constitently freezes after a few minutes:
-ASRock X79 Extreme6 LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
-CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850 V2 850W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High
-Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
-G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR

I have been reading similar threads regarding this issue so i already tried running each stick of ram individually and the freezing continued as well as ran memtest and got 0 errors. This is starting to get quite frustrating and any help is greatly appreciated.

  1. Stock CPU cooler???

    What temps are you getting?

If you just go into the bios and monitor the temps, are they climbing? (CPU)

I am guessing you did not set the CPU cooler properly or without paste..
  2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

The temps for the cpu always read around 45 celsius, but even then i will let the computer sit for a while and then start it back up and it will still freeze, i dont believe it is temperature related. It works fine in safe mode as well if thats important to note
