As the title says, i would like to format a FC array, that i have connected as a JBOD. The issue is that the FC HDDs have sector sizes of 502 bytes which are not natively support by windows... and as far as i can tell not remotely supported at all.
So the solution is for me to change the sector size to 512 bytes... which i can do via linux... but... i don't want to have a ton of offline time. So, does windows have any LLF HDD tools? or better yet can any one tell me how id accomplish this? Thx. I've got a $3000 array that i'd really like to get setup
