Hello guys,
I want to install and Dual boot Ubuntu 13.04 with my Windows 8 installed.
Here are some problems I am facing :
Firstly go through the Disk management partitions section on my PC :

DISK 0 BASIC 149.05 GB ONLINE :
PARTITION 1 : 351 MB Unallocated Space
PARTITION 2 : Windows 8 (C:) - 108.94 GB NTFS
-Healthy (System, Boot, Page File, Active, Crash Dump, Primary Prt)
PARTITION 3 : 25 GB Unallocated Space
PARTITION 4 : 5 GB Free Space (I recently Deleted a Logical Partition) (This is a Logical Partition) (Color : Green)
PARTITION 5 : My Files (E:) - 9.76 GB NTFS (Bitlocker Encrypted)
- Healthy (Primary Partition)

So, This was the partition list.
I am thinking that if I install Ubuntu on an Unallocated Space, I will not be able to boot into windows again ? because the boot loader itself is on the partition on which windows is installed ??
Then what should I do now ? I do not want to loose my important data + windows 8 also . What should I do. My laptop is Dell Vostro 1015 and I assume it does not have an EFI BIOS ?

Intel celeron processor 900 @ 2.2ghz
1gb ram
160gb hdd
integrated graphics
i do not game a lot
Any help would be appreciated .
