Closed loop cooler.

Corsair Hydro Series.

Most enthusiasts dismiss CLC's as rubbish coolers, but coolers that offer thick radiators, and thick tubing do a good job.

CLCs like the Corsair H90 H100i H110 and such are decent.

CLC = Closed-Loop Cooler. The Corsair H-series are CLC.

The BitFenix Prodigy is a great case. It can fit a large Phanteks PH-TC14PE heatsink. It's a fantastic case for you. There are only a few cons about the BitFenix Prodigy case that I personally don't like:

1. you'll want a PSU that's no more than 6.5" in depth;
2. it has no feet stands so you can slide it across the floor.

I double checked, the H100 does infact fit into the prodigy.
Note that the H100i has thicker tubing and quiet'er fans, could be a better buy.
