Approximate Purchase Date:within the month

Budget Range:under 350

System Usage from Most to Least Important: always on minecraft server, the gfx card is only because i have no card currently that will work for this build

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: will not need keyboard, mouse, or monitor

Do you need to buy OS: i have an old copy of windows XP from an outdated machine i hope to use

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg but cheapest anywhere will do, i like newegg because i have extensive purchase history through them

Location: AZ united states

Parts Preferences: AMD if at all possible, id like an opportunity to play with AMD PC before purchasing one for standard use

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: no

Your Monitor Resolution: 1440x900

Additional Comments:
would prefer low heat, i will be operating the machine in an area that is already fairly warm, i wont be using case fans either

low power usage is a must, the machine will always be on

form factor does not matter, but a smaller case might bring the overall cost down

Reason: would like a separate machine to run the server on, i do processor intensive tasks on my main machines, i would normally just put together my own build but i have no history with AMD parts, i usually use intel.

parts i have considered so far:

gfx card
PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 512MK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

CPU
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX

MOBO
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

i am aware the mobo and processor are available in a combo deal however it is cheaper at the moment to purchase them apart because of promo codes + mail in rebate offers

any help put forward would be very appreciated as i said im new to AMD and would love some experienced advice

EDIT: would also lke to note that minecraft requires large amounts of RAM, i also intend to set up a 6 GB ramdisk for faster data access.

im starting to consider just using a hosting site, i would like to have a physical server but the loads im currently getting (40-50 people primetime) just isnt very easy to deal with on a home network although i have a second line running to my home operating @ 20 mb/s for it specifically

hence the power im wanting to put into the machine
