1 monitor , 1 HD 7970 VaporX

I got Acer G205H 20" inch 1600x900..
Can Sapphire ATI HD7970 3GB DDR5 384BIT Vapor-X run only 1 monitor ?
Or i need bigger monitor like 27" inch for the HD7970 to run 1 monitor ?
Do i have to use 3 monitors at least to use HD 7970 3GB ?

The 7970 will run 1 1600x900 monitor just fine.

Any monitor will work. One or 3. As long as you have one, it will be enough.

You can definitely run only one monitor the 7970. I think you should definitely get a new 1080p or higher res monitor. Your wasting money getting a 7970 with a 900p monitor.
