Hey guys,

I am moving from the UK to the US soon and it's just struck me that I have no idea where to buy my parts. I use places like ebuyer and scan here but I don't know any reputable names to use in the US, does anyone know any?

Thanks,
AC.

Tigerdirect, newegg, even amazon has some great deals on pc parts. I would personally stick to Tigerdirect or newegg though, shipping kinda sucks from amazon (its fedex)

Fry's Electronics is a decent place if you want to go to a store in person. They also sell car stereos and home electronics.

Newegg.com is another great site:

Plus, there's always Amazon, but I find it rather painful to browse efficiently for computer equipment. I usually hit them up after I've decided just what I want, to compare pricing:

There is also eBay, which you're probably familiar with:

And for those who don't mind 2nd hand, going to other people's homes, or meeting someplace to buy from individuals, try Craig's List:

I've found some of my value purchases from Craig's List, but I wasn't looking for brand new pieces.
