Why 7790 and why not 650ti?? And is a PCI-E 3.0 card will run on a PCI-E 2.0 motherboard?? I dont have a PCI-E 3.0 slot, I have PCI-E 2.0 slot, But all the cards nowdays are with PCI-E 3.0 slot.

If your are planning on doing any video converting and photo editing the 650TI would be the best bet because of the cuda. Also PCI-E 2.0 will work fine and there are no real detectable differences in speed than the PCI-E 3.0

They are comparable in speed.
I would chose the 650ti for less power and noise and it runs cooler.
I prefer ASUS as a brand.

HD7790 runs in more less power than 650ti.

The 7790 is comparable in gaming to the 650TI, But the 650TI is an all around good card that will cover any purpose you need it for.

I also failed to mention that ASUS is my preferred brand but MSI is a well made durable brand with great cooling that may even save you some money.

7790 for better gaming

The 7790 is more powerful than a 650ti, but I would really suggest no less than a 650ti BOOST if you plan on gaming. And a PCIE 3.0 card will work just fine in a 2.0 slot.

7790 is more powerful because it has higher memory and core clock than GTX 650 ti.

But GTX 650ti has higher texture rate & texture mapping units. Is these are not responsible for good graphics??

And how are the RMA and services are of gigabyte?? How much warranty they provide actually?? that is like sapphire says 3yrs wrnty but actualy 2yrs for everything and the other 1yr for only service charge, have to pay for the repair charge. Zotac also says 5yrs wrnty buy 2yrs is actual wrnty, other 3yrs only service charge free.

Gigabyte is really coming up in the world, I read an article where they have surpassed ASUS in sales to be the top hardware manufacturing company. And everybody knows ASUS is a high end company. I wouldn't be afraid to purchase their product. As a matter of fact I am considering their Z87 motherboard for my upcoming Haswell build. I really like how far they have come in quality and features lately.

And what about the warranty schemes of gigabyte graphics card?? I really afraid after listening those 2 manufacturer's(zotac, saphhire) fake warranty. they said they give warranty 3 or 5yrs but actually they give 2yrs. 3 or 5yr is marketing gimmick.

Gigabyte has a lot to loose if they don't stand by their products, As far as Zotac and Sapphire The cards they have are not manufactured by them, They are made by a lessor known company from France Then carry the brands of the company's they are marketed by. And for the life of me I can not remember who they are. I just read an article on them a couple of weeks back. I have a Zotac/Nvidia card in my PC and for two years no problems They also come with great software for OC and monitoring. But I have not had to deal with repairs so I can't say how good there warranty is. But in the end Gigabyte is in the top three best and ties with ASUS for first. I wouldn't be afraid of there products.
