Will an i5-3350P work with my motherboard?

I currently have a Foxconn H67M-S with an i3-2120 CPU in it. I'm looking to upgrade to an i5 soon and as I can't overclock with an H67 chipset, the i5-3350P seems like the best choice.

However, looking at my motherboard's compatibility list here it isn't listed, none of the P series are but pretty much every other i3/i5/i7 IVB/SB CPU is...

Personally, I'm thinking it will work it just hasn't been officially tested by Foxconn...could someone advise please?

Solution
I've checked with a H67 ASUS board. It does support the 3350P but requires a BIOS update. Now, If Foxconn has not released the required BIOS... then it might not work.
Try contacting Foxconn, see what they say.
The 3350P does not have integrated graphics, therefore you would need a graphics card (in case you don't use one with the 2120).
