Hi everyone.
I'm using a Gigayte GTX 650 TI 1GB which I just bought. My whole rig is 2 weeks old.
I got people from the shop to install the card a few days back. But now sometimes I get a graphic glitch where there are a bunch of lines on the screen and there is double vision. I can still move the cursor and click on things etc. Often I will need to restart the computer to fix this. Another time this only happens for around 5 seconds and then it will be back to normal.
Sometimes I get this issue when I leave the comp running untouched for a few hours, another time its straight after I quit a game. I have not successfully replicated the issue by stressing the gpu, it seems very random. The card works like a charm otherwise.
I have taken the video card out and put it back in myself, to make sure the connection is good. The auxiliary power supply is plugged in. GPU-Z shows 26-30'C at idle and 40-50' while running.
I am using the VGA connection port to my monitor, as the monitor gives really bad desktop display using HDMI. Maybe I should get a new VGA cable? It is a few years old.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
