CPU and MB Overheating

Hey guys,
I had never really looked at my computer's inner temps until recently, but was very surprised to see that my CPU and MB were idling at very high temps. These temps rose significantly higher (70-75C) while playing intensive video games (BF3, GTA, etc.). I have not overclocked my system at all. What could be causing these temps to be so high? What could I do to potentially lower the CPU/MB temps?

Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU = Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.80GHz Lynnfield 45nm Technology 58 °C
RAM = 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard = ASUSTeK Computer INC. P7P55D-E LX (LGA1156) 52 °C
Graphics = ASUS VS238 (1920x1080@60Hz) 1023MB GeForce GTX 465 (EVGA) 43°C
Hard Drives = 466GB Seagate ST3500418AS ATA Device (SATA) 27 °C

Those temps are within tolerance. It'll help to clean out any dust. If you still want to lower the temparatures consider adding a better CPU cooler and more/better case fans. I went with a watercooling kit because it exhausts the heat from the CPU directly out of the case helping to keep the rest of my components cooler than with a traditional aircooled heatsink.

Alright, cool. Now if I did decide to go with a water cooling kit, would I be able to move it and reinstall incase I upgrade the CPU within a year or so?

Sure. Most come with thermal paste already applied. If you do get a new processor, make sure you also order some thermal compound with it, you have to remove the old stuff from the waterblock and then apply the new stuff.
