I would like someone to put together a system with i5 or something from amd fx series. Video card really doesn't matter if it's AMD or Nvidia but I would like to play FC3 on high setting atleast .My price range is about 600-650£.

Got any parts, peripherals or operating system you can cannibalise from an old computer or do you need brand new everything?

600-650 will get you some very decent hardware but once you factor in case, power supply, monitor, disk drives, OS and peripherals you could very well have so little budget left that it'd be impossible to achieve what you want.

If Far Cry 3 is the game you really want to play then I'd go with an AMD system as Far Cry is optimized for the AMD platform (Intel will still perform amazingly well but just something to keep in mind). The AMD FX 8350 runs closer to an Core i5 3570K which is a little more expensive.

It all comes down to your video card if you want to play games at higher resolution, higher textures and higher framerates. So the difference between an Intel system and an AMD system in terms of gaming aren't very much different, it's in the graphics card you have.

I have a HDD WD Blue 320 GB. I'm thinking that this is enought for now because I have a 1.5 TB external drive aswell.Got mouse and keyboard and screen but I would need a Windows 7 .

Well,I would mostly play Far Cry 3 but BF3 aswell and Skyrim and upcoming GTAV. Maybe you could put together both AMD and Intel list?

I'll stick to what I know and give you an intel system list, others can recommend an alternate AMD system.

I didn't include a case as looks are very personal but there's a massive range for you to choose from.

You get a few free games included.

This build is highly overclockable and can be expanded on in future but I wouldn't go too far with just the stock cooler. When you get a bit more free cash, upgrade the CPU cooler and then OC the processor.

Interesting I watched the same GPU and PSU as well but that Mobo+CPU+Memory is on a quite good offer if nobody offers me a better AMD setup i'll go for it.
PS. What do you think about Bitfenix Outlaw as case and Xigmatek Dark night II as CPU cooler?

I like your thinking, it's a pretty case and will definately surprise your techie friend. Honestly though, I'm not too keen on the thermal properties of an inverted case without watercooling or lots of fans. Heat rises, with the inverted MoBo the GFX card will be pulling in air from the top of the case which isn't a great idea with an aircooler and no additional fans. Spend a little more and get a watercooling kit.

The benefit is that instead of hot air being circulated in your case, the watercooler will vent it straight out and provide additional cooling from it's airflow for your motherboard and other components, whereas you will need to buy fans to direct and exhaust heat with an aircooler and it'll be noisier and draw more power.

I have the equivalent of that H60 and it works just fine on my 2500k @4.4ghz. A SSD will provide a seriously massive performance boost compared to what you're used to, don't bother with anything less than 120gig though.
