Anyone Know If I Can Exchange GPU Steam Games for Other Games?

So I was planning on buying a Radeon HD GPU or something like this in the summer that comes with bundled Steam Games. Anyone know if it's possible to trade a few of these games for a different game? I really wanted to get Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty/Heart of the Swarm and it would be awesome if you could trade those games for SC2 ^__^

Steam does not sell starcraft and will not do that for you i can tell u that. The only way to do that would be privately and i dont really know if you could trust that.

What about Steam games like Counter-Strike Global Offensive? Would you have to sell games over the Steam Marketplace?
