I'm using an FX-8320BE cpu. I turned off core control, anything related to power mamagement and still can't get it to come off auto on anything. Changes I made are:
High performance compute mode=enable
core c6 state=disabled
cpu core control can be 2 per cu, 2per core, 4 per core, 6 per core (don't know what it all means but I set it at 2 per cu
SVM=disable
c1e=disable
cool and quiet=disable
cpu unlock=disable there are no hidden cores
cpu performance boost=disable
I've never seen any bios like this. You can even use a mouse in bios. This is my first foray past the usual cpu. I'm a total newb for this and could use some help. This bios reminds me of AMD Overdrive which I never figured out.
