How many watts for specific build?

Hello.

I would like to know how many watts this build will need:

AMD FX 8350
Sapphire 7870 XT Boost Edition
ASUS M5A99FX
Corsair Vengeance 8GB

Also, how much will the other components roughly take? I'll be using 1 or 2 CD ROMs, 1 HDD, and a couple of coolers of course.

A 500 to 550 watt would be sufficient, but if you can reasonably afford a bigger PS, approximately 650 to 750 watts, the PS will run much cooler and be more efficient relative to the amount of power it is using from the wall. A 1000 watt gold PS will use LESS power from the wall than a 550 watt bronze when both are putting out 500 watts. PS's are most efficient at approximately 50% of their output. PS's are long term purchases, that can last through many builds and or upgrades, so buying the smallest that works is not the best idea unless $50 more for a higher quality unit is out of the question.
