Will this of run arma 2/3???

Will it run arma 2/3 on high settings

In short, no. The 6670 is a weak card - I doubt you've even be able to run Arma 2 on low settings with playable frames. It is possible to run it on very low settings at 1650x1050 and get somewhat playable frames (~30).

Arma 3, on the other hand, probably won't be playable at all on the HD 6670.
Your processor should be able to handle it alright though. (Edit: Meant Arma II on low settings.)
