Do NOT get the CM eXtreme series. They are, I hear, absolute rubbish. Go for Antec, be-quiet, Corsair, PCP&C, SeaSonic, or XFX.

You can't use the GA-970A-D3 - it's AM3+, so your chip simply won't fit. Pick any H77/B75 board you like, preferably from Asus, Gigabyte, ASrock, or MSI.

PS: Your english is a lot better than several others on this site...

The Gigabyte LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX DDR3 1600 Motherboards GA-B75M-D3H (1st choice) is pretty much everything you need.

Don't need to look any further~~~

Edit: agreed with the do not get CM PSUs. They're mostly shit tier (don't use beyond 75% of rated wattage) which includes the extreme power plus series.
