Fixing the registry?

I uninstalled them all, boot up is still as slow.

I installed them again, boot up is the same.

I have to say though, it's difficult to fully uninstall all of them because the next time I turn my PC on, windows automatically is installing some kind of drivers, they don't come up in the uninstall programs list though.

This problem MAY be with my registry, it MAY be with some kind of windows instability/windows corrupted files, but this PC would start up beautifully from September-January and when I finally bought and added the GTX 670, from the first time I started it up the boot up was just so much slower. It's just a real let-down for me and I've had the issue for months I really want to get it fixed.

Edit: Oh by the way I have the triple overvoltage card by MSI... that could be causing the issues, how can I fix it?
