Conflicting with nvidia drivers?

So since installing my GPU my PC starts up much slower than before. I was running off intel integrated 4000 graphics before. I am wondering if the intel processor graphics driver can interfere with the nvidia drivers?

And also, could the realtek HD audio be interfering with the nvidia HD sound drivers?

Coolermaster GX 650W Bronze certified version. I know CM isn't the best, but the bronze certified one is acceptable in my opinion.

So should I remove the intel processor graphics and realtek HD audio drivers, could they conflict with the nvidia ones?
